Each store's commission rule is set once (at store creation, or here) and stored per client — changing one never affects another. "Mark paid" records the payout per client + period so it drops off Unpaid and can't be double-counted. Built-in sample data; the hosted version pulls orders live from Fulfill Engine's API.
